Any order with 10+ sets in it is a “bulk” order. The processing time for multiple sets in any one order can take 21 days or more, depending on the design(s). Fees may vary and a minimum $20 deposit is required before processing begins.

This is so that we can determine your needs and any important information regarding your order request. We treat each order with care to the client’s experience by ensuring that quality goes into every product.

When the order request has been made, and our team makes contact with you to discuss your needs, An invoice will be sent to you via email within 48 hours. in the invoice, you will find details of the order request, any included attachments such as photo inspirations, and the itemized pricing breakdown of the order, giving you the chance to look over everything before order processing begins. if there are any additional fees such as rush shipping/processing, they will be detailed in the invoice as well. processing will not begin until we have received your deposit and nail sizes.

A personal bulk order constitutes as a custom order, and a sizing kit will be provided in the shapes requested in the bulk order. Within 24 hours of your order request, we will be reaching out with next steps and to coordinate getting your nail shapes/sizes and design details.
